When is the Promotion Period?
The Insuranceline Gift Offer commences on 1st of April 2022 at 00:01 AM (AEDT) and concludes 30th of September at 23:59 PM (AEST). Each Eligible Customer will have up to 31st of January 2024 to redeem the Gift Offer.
Who can enter the Promotion?
Australian residents who are eligible to apply for and be covered under a new Insuranceline Life Insurance, Income Protection, or Funeral Insurance policy for themselves and/or another Eligible adult are eligible for this offer.
What is the eligibility criteria?
To be eligible to receive the Gift the customer must have held the policy for 2 consecutive months and paid the relevant premiums in full for those 2 months. Two (2) months' policy held is equal to 60 days.
What is the Gift Offer?
Eligible Customers will be able to choose from the following Gifts:
- $100 Visa gift card
- $100 Coles eGift Card
How do I claim the Gift Offer?
Having qualified for the Gift Offer, the primary Policy Owner of a new Life Insurance, Income Protection or Funeral Insurance policy issued with a Policy Commencement Date during the Offer Period will be sent an SMS (or an email if no mobile number provided), from Insuranceline with details of how to redeem the Gift Offer.
How long will it take to receive my Gift?
You will need to allow up to 28 days from the time of claiming for the $100 Visa gift card, which will be mailed to the address provided. The $100 Coles eGift Card will be emailed to you instantly upon your claim.
How many Gifts can I receive?
An Eligible Customer is entitled to only one Gift. If the same Eligible Customer takes out two or more policies during the Gift Offer period, that person is only eligible to receive one Gift on whichever policy reaches eligibility criteria first.

I am having trouble claiming my gift online, what could be wrong?
Ensure you have entered the correct information in all fields on the online form. If you have missed information or you have entered it incorrectly, please refer to the error messages that will appear when you try and submit your claim. You will not be able to submit your request until all information has been entered correctly and you met the eligibility criteria.
